The centers in Vanscoy and Delisle are subsidized and licensed through the Government of Saskatchewan with child care spaces for up to 38(Delisle) and 37(Vanscoy) children. 

The Vanscoy and District Early Learning Center Inc. includes the communities in the Rm of Vanscoy Vanscoy, Delisle, Asquith and Pike Lake.
